Shipping Policy

Processing Time

All orders are processed within 3–6 business days (excluding weekends and holidays) after your payment is confirmed. You will receive a confirmation email once your order has been placed, and a shipping notification with tracking information once your order ships.

Shipping Rates

We offer a flat-rate shipping fee of $6.99 on all orders. Orders over $89 qualify for free shipping.

Delivery Times

Estimated delivery times after your order ships:

• -United States: 5–10 business days
• -Canada & UK: 7–14 business days
• -International: 10–21 business days

Delivery times are estimates and may vary due to carrier delays, customs processing, weather, or other factors beyond our control.

Tracking

A tracking number will be emailed to you once your order ships. If you have not received tracking information within 7 business days of placing your order, please contact us at hello@atelierstudios.xyz.

International Orders

For international orders, any customs duties, taxes, or import fees are the responsibility of the buyer. These charges are determined by your country's customs office and are not included in the purchase price or shipping cost.

Address Accuracy

Please ensure your shipping address is correct at the time of purchase. We are not responsible for orders shipped to an incorrect address provided by the customer. If a package is returned to us due to an incorrect address, additional shipping fees may apply for re-shipment.

Damaged or Lost Packages

If your order arrives damaged or is lost in transit, please contact us at hello@atelierstudios.xyz within 30 days of the expected delivery date. We will work with you to resolve the issue promptly.
