Satisfaction Guarantee

We stand behind the quality of every print. If your order arrives damaged, defective, or significantly different from what was shown on the website, we will reprint and reship your order at no additional cost, or issue a full refund. Your choice.

Return Window

You have 30 days from the date of delivery to contact us about a return or exchange. Items must be in unused condition and in their original packaging.

How to Request a Return

To start a return, email us at hello@atelierstudios.xyz with:

  • -Your order number
  • -Photos of the issue (for damaged/defective items)
  • -Whether you prefer a replacement or refund

We will respond within 2 business days with next steps.

Damaged or Defective Items

If your print arrives damaged or with a defect, we will cover all costs for a replacement, including return shipping. Simply send us a photo of the damage and we will ship a new print immediately.

Change of Mind

Because all prints are made to order, we cannot accept returns for change of mind. However, if you are unhappy with your purchase for any reason, please reach out to us and we will do our best to find a solution.

Refund Processing

Approved refunds will be processed within 5–7 business days to your original payment method. Please allow additional time for your bank or credit card company to post the refund to your account.

Custom & Personalized Orders

Custom and personalized prints are non-refundable unless they arrive damaged or defective. We will always make it right if there is a quality issue.
